There she graduated with a degree in Education and began her career in Rehabilitation Services (drug and alcohol addiction). She relocated to Atlanta for work. Then began attending Bootcamp classes and fell in love with it! It was then that her desire to teach fitness was realized, but she did not feel she had the courage to go for it! After falling in love with the art and discipline of yoga and the benefits found from easing her pain, she decided to pursue certification to instruct yoga. In addition to her yoga certification, Meredith also is a certified group fitness instructor and Pilates instructor. She is thankful to God for allowing her the ability to teach and for the opportunity that this yoga platform has given her.
