Do’s and Don’ts



Before you enter our studio, please review the questions below.  If you answer YES to any of the following, please do not enter:

  • Have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?

  • Are you experiencing a cough, shortness of breath, or sore throat?

  • Have you had a fever of 100.4 or higher in the last 48 hours?


Client workout spots are clearly marked on studio floors with 6-8 feet of distance between clients.  While masks are not required during your workout, we do ask that you wear your mask at all other times while in our studio/hallway, unless you are distanced from others and on your marked spot for classes.


Please, no children in hallway during classes.  We have two options available for childcare:

  • Option #1- Reservation in Kid's Corner ($3 per child)

  • Option #2- Children may sit quietly on bench during classes...except during yoga classes.

Thank you for helping us keep our kids safe and for being courteous to our neighboring businesses.  


  • Please do not enter the studio more than 15 minutes prior to start of your class. 

  • Please practice safe distancing while in the studio.

  • Spacing marked out for distancing during class.  

  • Please leave as soon as your class is over and your equipment has been cleaned and replaced.
